The Texas Gaming Association has proposed a bill to establish 12 casino resorts in Texas that would provide 1.6 billion a year to create 300,000 scholarships. The college scholarships would provide $5,000.00 per year for 4 years to graduating high school seniors to attend Texas schools. What an awsome opportunity for our youth! See article here:
